COURSE DETAILS

Provide skin peel treatments uses manufacturer-prepared solutions by Mine Minerals Professional Range, to improve skin texture, acne and reduce the appearance of pigmentation.  You will learn to -

• design and provide a staged program of multiple treatments combined with home care for your clients
• advise the client about any care and precautionary requirements they must follow during the period leading up to the next treatment
• complete post-treatment documentation according to organisational policies and procedures
• initiate follow-up to check for post-treatment complications and adverse effects according to organisational policies and procedure
  

There are 6 topics to complete. They are:

1. Regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures
2. Indications, contraindications and medical referrals
3. Effects, diagnosis, anatomy and physiology
4. Pre-treatments, peels and homecare regimes
5. Safely providing epidermal peels
6. Emerging peel products and treatment

COURSE DURATION

Online theory - can be completed at students own pace

1 day Practical and assessment needs to be arranged with Dermaskin Training and can be perfomed in clinic environment or via online delivery

Models will be required on the day for practical observation assessments and students are required to bring own models

On completion of course students will receive a -
