Copyright and Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including training manuals, presentations, and instructional content, are the intellectual property of Dermaskin Training.
• Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Course Enrolment

• Enrolment in our courses is subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
• Payment for courses is required in full at the time of enrolment to secure your place.
• Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
• Dermaskin Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses as necessary. In such cases, enrolled students will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Requests for cancellation or rescheduling of course enrolment must be submitted in writing to Dermaskin Training at least 7 days prior to the course start date.
• Cancellation requests received after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.
• Dermaskin Training may consider requests for course rescheduling on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and at the discretion of management.
• A rescheduling fee may apply for approved course changes.

Attendance

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions of their enrolled course.
• If a student is unable to attend a session, they must notify Dermaskin Training in advance.
• Missed sessions may be subject to additional fees for rescheduling or makeup sessions, at the discretion of management.

Code of Conduct

• Dermaskin Training is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students.
• Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, treating instructors and fellow students with courtesy and respect.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the course.
