Domestic Shipping

• We offer shipping within Australia for all orders placed on our website.
• Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment is received.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Pickup Option

• Pickup is available for local customers from our location in Padstow Heights, NSW.
• If you choose the pickup option at checkout, we will notify you via email when your order is ready for collection to organise a suitable time.
• Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and valid ID when picking up your order.

International Shipping

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping for salon supplies orders.
• If you are located outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us directly to discuss alternative arrangements.
